Chunky Pumpkin and Vegie Soup

I made this soup as per the recipe with the exception of using Jap pumpkin instead of butternut. I prefer Jap/Kent because of its sweetness.
The soup was quite different to the expected and normal pumpkin soup but very tasty. My DH said he was getting tired of pureed soups!
I will definitely be making this again
