Kefir and ricotta dip.

Kefir and Ricotta dip.
1 teaspoon of finely grated lemon and orange rind. (Untaxed. )
100 g of low fat Ricotta
100 g strained Kefir.
Pinch of both nutmeg and cinnamon.
Pinch of Xylitol.

Method
Place all ingredients in TMX bowl and mix on speed 4 until well mixed.

Note
Improves on keeping in fridge over night.
Could replace Kefir with low fat cottage cheese.

Oh blip!! I went to the kitchen shop this morning to buy some fruit/veg huggers and completely forgot about the kefir. They had just sold the last huggers so I will have to try later so will write myself a message.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

You can put leftover pieces of food into them to prevent spoilage. DH has a habit of putting everything into plastic bags where you find it slimy a few days later. I hope to retrain him!
