I am a master chef based in wales u.k. I teach professional cookery/Culinary arts
just got hold of a Thermomix 3300 but have been told it has a couple of operating issues (we'll see)
Anyway never used one before so thought the best way to get the best tips would be to join a forum of keen enthusiast so here we go
