where can I find Asian style thermomix recipes? Is there a blog?

Is there a specific website or blog that's just for Asian style thermomix recipes?

Do you read Chinese ??  There is the Taiwanese site with Asian recipes - but I have no idea what the squiggles mean.

Maybe somebody (Tenina) could start an Asian cookbook??  :-)) :-))

Hi & welcome to the forum lauraj.  I'd also like to see an Asian section here too but it looks like it has to be left up to us to start posting some of these types of recipes ourselves.  So this is a call to everyone out there - post your favourite recipes for all of us to share. If we get enough I'm sure MM will start a separate section for them.

Does anybody speak Chinese - there are lots of interesting pictures - actually, while writing I discovered that it is not that hard using the translators eg


松子雞塊
食材準備時間: 1 分鐘

材料 4 人份

輸入方式: 請每一樣食材和其份量以逗號分隔並分行。

例如:
中筋麵粉400克,
水250克,

做法

       Lemon juice (1 lemon weight)
       Self-condensed vegetable broth 2 tablespoons
       Clams, a tank (optional)

Practice

    1. The mussel scrub clean, cut off the black beard, and thyme, and basil together into Varoma steaming plate.
    2. The garlic and pepper into the main pot to 5 seconds / Speed 7 shredding.

Might actually need some tweaking - who knows what Tess of the sea, Li Jirou and m-lin are?

Pork Rice Bowl
Ingredients preparation time: 30 minutes

5 copies of materials

(1) Li Jirou (cut about 5mm) 300 Ke.
(2) broth 300 grams.
(3) soy sauce 60 grams.
(4) m-lin, 30 grams.
(5) onions (cut into small pieces) 2.
(6) salt 5 grams.
(7) eggs 4.
( 8 ) Tess of the sea is about 5 grams.

Approach

You might have used the same translator they use for instructions, Mr T...   ;D

There are Asian-inspired recipes sprinkled through the cookbooks. :)
