« on: June 14, 2017, 07:00:16 pm »
Hi there

I've searched high n low, looking for homemade pastas to make with sauces or things to have with pasta, as well as fillings to put in dumplings etc
Can anyone help?.
Thanks

Leah if you google 'dumplings thermomix' a lot of recipes will come up.  So many people have blogs these days it is really easy to find any any type of food which has been converted to the Thermomix. The same applies to making your own pasta, there is a recipe in the Thermomix book that comes with your machine but just google 'pasta thermomix' or 'pasta fillings thermomix' for some recipes.

If you scroll through our Main Dishes section on the home page you will find pasta recipes eg this Pasta sauce with sundried tomatoes recipe http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=4924.0 and Asparagus, Pancetta & Rocket Linquine http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=7283.0

Hi Leah. I'm spoiled as I have a pasta machine and we have it once a week on average. One of my favourite sauces with pasta is the zucchini one. http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=3706.0

One of our favourite pasta dishes is
http://simplythermomix.blogspot.com.au/2013/08/creamy-vegetarian-pasta-one-bowl.html
it has the advantage of being a one pot meal, which I love.  Judy and Cookie1 have given you loads of good ideas to follow up as well - I think you will be spoiled for choice!
