Spanish Bean Stew is very easy and tasty - however, if you are making this, make sure you do not roast the potatoes in animal fat. You could make it up as far as the second to last step then keep it aside until Xmas day. When the potatoes have been roasted, add the first lot of potatoes, blend them in the TMX then pour the lot into a pot, with the remaining potatoes, and heat it through.
