A Tasty Wholemeal Loaf
This is from Amanda’s blog. It’s quick to rise and is tasty. I only made one loaf, not 2 as the recipe makes.

I just tried to use the link above and it didn’t work. This one should work.

I’m just about to start a loaf.

I can’t believe it cookie, I was looking at that recipe this morning.  I received my order from 2brothers in WA this morning and one of my purchases was a kg of Country Grain Breadmix so I went looking for a recipe on the forum.  I saw your link to Amanda’s recipe and when it didn’t work I just googled and it came up.  I also saw your link to one of Isi’s recipes which you had given someone in the early days so I checked out her Very Normal Bread recipe and some of Chookies too but I still don’t know which one to do.  I even rang 2brothers to see if they provided a recipe with the bread mix which they don’t.  If anyone can tell me which is the best recipe to use my mix in I would really appreciate it.  I want to do a loaf, not rolls and it’s been so long since I made bread it’s almost like starting over again.

Judy, I have just made a half mix of this as I need a Cobb loaf. I was a bit unsure if I should use this. I now have it rising in a casserole dish ready to bake later on.
I think you could use your mix in any bread recipe, just being aware that you may need more water. Chookie will be the expert, I’m a recipe follower.
This recipe of Amanda’s says to add water to the dough. I didn’t measure what I added this morning. It was just enough to make a firm, sticky dough.

Another thought is check the Laucke website for their recipes and maybe also All About Bread.
http://www.allaboutbread.com.au/
They are over the river and quite a fair bit away from me, but I go out their occasionally to buy rye flour as 5kg lasts me a while. I buy Laucke in 10kg, that lasts me round a month.
