Marina, you could make them with butler and tasty lactose free cheese. Nutritional yeast could be added to give them an additional kick . They are well worth making.

Thanks for the suggestions, Chookie, unfortunately it is actually the blue cheese he loved and misses so much and I don't think the vegan cheese makers have quite conquered that yet, but I will keep my eyes open as they are getting a bit more adventurous these days!!
