Oh yummmm ... thank goodness I am about finished baking for our builders (as there is only a week or two left on the project) otherwise I think these cookies would be getting a weekly airing, they sound so delicious.

Over her life time of cooking, Dorie Greenspan has had many Choc Chip cookie recipes.  Years ago I used to make Toll House cookie. Everyone loved them.  These are an updated recipe of those. Once baked , they last well, if not eaten.

I love Toll House Cookies. I think the recipe may have been on the choc chip packet. Choccy Rocks are another similar recipe.

I am in the process of making these. Just about to put the first batch into the oven. I have the feeling these will become a firm favourite. Lots of chocolate chips and nuts.

Cookie, hope the family enjoy them.  I have had to stop making them as RAL was eating too many.

I have to admit that they are being gobbled up Chookie. DH and DD have said they are lovely. I used milk, dark and some gold choc chips. I think the gold ones melted a bit but that's ok.

Cookie, glad the family liked them.  I think Chocolate Chip Cookies are a very personal thing.  Fiddle with the recipe until you get what you like.
