Whatever Biscuits
The recipe said this would make 20 but I got more out of it.
Ingredients
110g soft butter
½ cup sugar
1 egg
1 cup SR flour
1 cup of 'whatever'. This can be anything you like-sultanas, choc chips, muesli, cornflakes, nuts of any sort, dried fruit of any sort.
Preparation

Pre heat the oven to 180* and prepare trays.
Put butter and sugar into bowl. Speed 4, 10 seconds. Scrape down.
Add egg. Speed 3/4 10-15 seconds.
Add Flour.
:: until the mixture comes together. You may need to stir the last bits of flour in with a spatula.
Add the 'whatever' ingredients and either mix in by hand or  :: until they are incorporated.
Roll into balls the size of walnuts and place onto the trays.
Bake for 10-15 minutes.

I went to take a photo of the last few of these and they were gone! Sorry. They recipe is modified from CWA Biscuits and Slices.

Thanks for the recipe Cookie, something else for me to make for the GC.

Made these in a last minute rush for lunch for the guys who were doing our workshop move today and they worked out well ... nearly forgot the sugar, that went in sometime after the eggs!  Didn't seem to make a difference ... I have never seen cookies disappearing so quickly!  They got a resounding vote of approval from everyone (had to smuggle a couple away for the staff in the shop so that they could enjoy them as well).

I made a batch of these yesterday. My ‘whatever’ was dried blueberries and cherries and flaked almonds.

Funnily enough I was I was thinking about these cookies over the weekend but couldn't remember what they were called.  I must note them down somewhere I will be able to find them next time.
