An excited n00b!
« on: September 16, 2009, 12:08:41 pm »
Hi there

My name's Jessie. I'm a SAHM to two beautiful girls, S who is a 2 1/2 year old spirited wonder and A, my homebirth water babe who is 6 months tomorrow

I'm filling out the paperwork for my very own Thermomix tonight! Which means I should have one in the next 2 weeks.. so excited

I found out about the Tmx through JoyousBirth. It really appeals to me for the quickness and ease of making good, nutritious meals using whole foods. I can't wait to enjoy cooking again, it was a passion of mine that has gone under the radar lately due to the pressures of raising two little ones

We have recently discovered S to have a lactose intolerance and little A has just begun BLW.

So hello! And I look forward to reigniting my passion for food :D

I am not sure what BLW is (baby led weaning is my best guess) but welcome and enjoy! I've had a looksee at JB before and while I am not quite that well behaved, I am a fan of the sustainable forum, definitely!

The TM is really going to help you with the intolerances and for preparing more natural foods :)

Hi Jessie, welcome to the forum.  This will be the longest 2 weeks in your life ;) ;) ;) but then you will have the best time once you receive your TMX.  Prepare to be a very busy SAHM.
