It is quite strong Judy, little goes a long way.You can buy it cheaply from Indian/Asian food stores.I do have some orange blossom cakes I've had on my list to make, so will post that one shortly.I know Julie has made orange blossom icing, it's somewhere on here I think
I always keep a bottle of orange blossom and Rose blossom water . I use both in my Persian fruit salad. It keeps forever and is cheap to buy. There is also essence . It is very strong, I don't use. This. My Aunty used to ice sponge cakes with Rose blossom icing. As a child it was my fav. Cake.
