Maybe he's doing emergency training to become a consultant so he can gain from the referral sales out of the Age  :P :D :D

Packed up the TM and Mrs T and hit the big lights of the city seeking fame and glory methinks. Has had numerous newspaper articles written about him, and is now signing up a network deal for his own television show  ;D ;D ;D (just joking)

I think he'd do an amazing show! Perhaps travelling around visiting top Chefs and using the TMX to convert their signature recipes or helping them develop their cooking to a new level!
