My mum used to make semolina porridge, let it cool, cut into small pieces, then do a proper panade and fry in hot oil. - Lovely lunch served with preserved cherries
okay okay what happened to just slapping in the bin!!! having a bit of a swear and saying "Im never goin to make that again because....dah dah dah" (but once you have cooled down you can make it again to see if it is the recipe or you) so many emotions when you cook!
