Hi folks,there is a prune and walnut log for sale in a local shop, which is made in SydneyI've found it on the web: http://www.postilions.com/log.HTML, which lists the ingredients.The price is astronomical (not surprising after all those food miles) so there's no way I will be buying one. But does anyone have any idea how I would make one? Or have you made anything similar that I could experiment with?? Hoping that one of you foodies will come to my rescue
i try it to put the recipe together put it in oven and fantastic
