Does anyone have a recipe to make almond paste in the thermomix

Hi, process 250g sugar to powdered sugar, add 250g almonds ( blanched if you like) + 1 Tbl Rosewater (or Amaretto), some drops bitter almondoil and knead on  ::

My favourite is with honey:

250g almonds + 3-5 apricot seeds ..... 2 x 20sec  on speed 8
125g honey + 1/2 Tbl rosewater (not necessary)..... knead 3 min on  ::

Hi and thank you for this thread.  Used Tebasile's instructions to make Almond Paste and found the original recipe didn't have enough liquid (with just a tablespoon of rosewater and a few drops of almond essence) to bring the nuts and sugar into paste form.  Added 100g of honey as per the note below the first guideline and it was fine.  Thank you, Tebasile.
