I'd like to include more grains in my cooking and need some ideas. To prepare them in bulk, I'll be cooking them in my slow cooker for 6-8 hours on low, but I need some ideas on how to incorporate grains such as rye, wheat and spelt into my cooking. I have enough bread and roll recipes, what's missing are ideas for main meals.
Does anyone have any recipes stashed away? Or perhaps someone can recommend a good book or two on the subject? I'd prefer it if the recipes were vegetarian.
