Uni,  is that the Hazelnut flavored chocolate ?

not sure, i know it wasn’t dark chocolate it had white and milk chocolate through them, can’t taste any  Hazelnut but you may be on to something, will try adding some baci or ferrero rocher

Just looking at your directions Chookie. Can you please clarify this line

"Tip in milk, and heat at 70oC for 4 mins. on speed   reverse for 2 mins."

Is that 4 mins/70^o/speed 2/reverse?

Just made this with some seized milk chocolate - seems to be OK.  Did 4 mins/70^o/speed 2. Skipped the reverse part.
