Another Perthie!
« on: November 28, 2009, 11:30:18 am »
Hi All

Yep another one from Perth!
I see quite a few names here that I know from various other places.
I got my thermomix yesterday, very excited. We were going out to dinner last night but I still had to cook for the kids and my Mum who was babysitting so they had butter chicken, rice and steamed vege. So I managed to survive my first dish. Unfortunately I have been out most of the day today so havent had a chance to play, no plans tomorrow though so I'm sure it will get a bit of a workout then.
Looking forward to having a look around here and getting some inspiration!

Hi & welcome Michp, well done on your first meal.  Nice to see you had the confidence to get stuck straight into it.  You will find some really nice recipes on this forum, try them and let us know what your think.  We love feedback.  Enjoy your day with the TMX today.

Have been a little limited as I needed to go shopping but we had the Snapper Di Josie form the cook book for dinner tonight, Dh was impressed! We've had custard and sorbet in the last few days and pancakes for breakfast Monday morning. So going ok so far. How're you doing with your new toy Sam?
