And they advise to pulverize the sugar first and only then add the eggs. And some people also advise to start with the flour, beat it on a high speed for a few seconds to get some air into it, reserve the flour and start with pulverizing the sugar. I have never bothered with the flour thing but the rest is my normal procedure already.
