Have a great time over here - they are talking about it being a white Christmas so bring plenty of thermals with you!

Where are you going to be staying while you are here?

Merry Christmas and have a fab holiday!
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

we arrived!!!
and its cold...but not that cold yet!! BUT, its forcast to be really cold by the end of the week 1C maximum! and chance of snow! I guess if its that cold Id rather it snowed than just be cold, just for the kids to see it!  But it rarely snows much in Liverpool so might have to drive somewhere

I could do with my thermomix today now Im over my jetlag Im feeling at a loose end, all these babysitters we have over here I could be making use of the time for cooking!

Glad you have arrived safely and hope for the kids' sake that you do get to see some snow somewhere nearby. Can't believe you are on holiday and all you can think of is your TMX  ??? ??? ???  Have a rest baf65 and let someone else do the cooking for a change. Go sightseeing, shopping, visiting - anything to get your mind off it  ;) ;)  Have fun.
