Name Of Recipe: Strawberry Ice Cream
Number of People: 6
Ingredients:
1/2 litre Natural Yoghurt. (frozen in cubes)
500g Strawberries (fresh or frozen)
100g Sugar
Preparation:
Place sugar into bowl and pulverise for 10 seconds on turbo to create icing sugar. Add the remaining ingredients and mix for 1 minute gradually increasing from speed 1 to turbo until ice cream is formed. Using spatula to assist.
Hints/Tips:
Never use large frozen pieces of fruit, frozen milk or yoghurt, always cube them before pulverising. Always freeze liquids in ice cube trays and cut fruit (ie. bananas) before freezing.
