Just thought l would say hi to all of you lucky people who have their TMX. I am still awaiting mine, which apparently has been delayed in the postie strike. I have been scouring this forum for the last week and absolutely chomping at the bit to start trying some of the recipes. There are so many that l want to try and l know l will enjoy using my TMX (name to be decided once we have met!) so much more with all of the work everyone has put into tweaking recipes, that l figured it would just be plain rude not to say hi!

Hi Katesjoy, welcome to the forum. Good idea to get to know us before you get to know your TMX. Hope you get him/her before Christmas though.

Thankfully, didn't have to wait too much longer
, my little baby arrived late this afternoon. Unluckily that means l only have enough time to make a quick orange sorbet before l tramp off to work tonight. Heat = sorbet, yummo

At least you got him before Christmas - lots of goodies coming up in your household once Christmas Day is over (and maybe before if you have the time). Have fun.
