I just had to check out this recipe, as it sounds like exactly my kind of soup! I love all these ingredients and soup is always a comfort isn't it? Yum, thanks for posting Judy.

As for dear Gretchen, she posted a comment on my blog earlier today regarding licking Zabaglione out of the Thermomix bowl so I think she is mending just fine  ;) :-*

Have made this recipe so many times.. but today's version was absolutely awful! So salty it was inedible!....

Wasn't until later that I realised instead of 2 teaspoons of Vegie Stock, I'd used tablespoons  :P

This is really tasty Judy thank you - just plated it (only for a pic while I remember) - I can imagine that it will require additional liquid on reheating!!!  :)  :)

Judy this soup is so delicious!
I've just made it today for lunch!
It's been in my list since so long
I eat almost any vegetable although I wouldn't say that I am very fond of broccoli
However this soup tasted so great that it defineltely went beyond my expectations!
Thank you for sharing

Even though I am constantly on this forum - ( I feel like I know you all!!!)  I don't often comment - but I just had to go and search out my user name and password to come on and say how delicious this recipe is. My dear friend is having chemo at the moment and so I am making her soups to take the load off having to cook. Last night I made Spicy Moroccan Lentil and Tomato, this divine Broccoli and Cheese soup and the EDC Carrot and Coriander. I also tried to make the pumpkin soup, but the pumpkins in uk are not great. They used to be only used as pig food and are still not widely available. The one I got was awful - very bitter. So that went down the drain. But just wanted to thank you Judy for this recipe - and all the other ones you've posted. Sorry not to have given you the feedback earlier, as I often come on here with questions or looking for recipes - and you always seem to have answered them or posted them - which I use and never thank you for. My lame excuse is; I am a busy mum with very demanding job. But please know you are a guardian angel to a displaced Australian in London!

Bickie, thank you so much for that, it is so lovely of you to show your appreciation.  I post things and then forget about them - if they happen to be just what people are looking for that is great.  Your comment has made my day  :-*
