Delicious!  I left out the lemon and chilli, and used about half a spring onion.  The result was delicious.  Very creamy, and quite light and fluffy.

I buried the avocado stone in the dip and it kept its colour very well.

Great hint, it would be horrid if it discoloured.

We like this dip with double the Avo.,  or 1/2 the cheese.

Good tip if you want to strengthen the avocado flavour, and make it more like guacamole then dippy.

Tried this using Chookies tweaks and it was very nice. Next time will try making my own corn chips as well.
