I am not sure when it will be available for sale I imagine in the next few months - the price on the back is 40 Euros hopefully it won't be $80 AU. Will let you know as soon as I do.....

I got one for free last week when I bought my TM.  I got the regular cookbook and then My Way of Cooking with a note saying it was a gift for me.  Made me feel good.  I can buy it in Canada.  It looks like it comes from Germany.  It is $40.00 Can. funds here or maybe $45.00.
