Indian Cookbook – Now Available
«

Some info I received today from HO. This info is for Australia.
Some good news for the New Year – the Indian Cookbook has finally arrived and is now available. Please note that no back orders have been kept so all orders must be resent to Head Office.
Customer Price - $35.00
ThermoMat – Out of Stock
Unfortunately the ThermoMat is still out of stock. No back orders have been kept for the ThermoMat and once these are available again, Consultants will be notified.

Thermomixer that was an email sent out to consultants so I am pretty sure like me most consultants would have a list of clients who want one. I think they were reffering to orders placed by consultants not being noted.

I am sure you are correct - at least I hope so. Good customer service would be that when somebody phones to ask about the book, you would take their name and say we'll call/email you when it arrives.
I phoned the 1800 number asking when it might be available and nobody asked for my info ?

head office of places like that don't ever keep waiting lists etc, that's totally up to consultants. (in my experience)

Rather sad really.
(The fact that HO doesn't keep a list of those that want new books.)

Just thought I would let you know that the indian book is out of stock again
so if you are wanting one and putting it off I suggest you contact your local consultant to get your hands on a copy!

So there are still some copies available Meagan? Finally getting around to a demo on Friday and was going to order then - but was also going to order a book (or 2) from the UK and would add the Indian cookbook to my order if am unlikely to be able to order it here.

It is out of stock at HO but your consultant or their GL may have some on hand (I have one still) so worth a try first - saves you on the post from the UK then
