Yum.
Very easy and quick. I steamed veg in the rice basket at the same time.
Will make it again.

Is that in the  Gluten Free Wheat Free Cooking put out by Thermomix- because if it is I must be having a seniors moment- :-\ Which page Riv_mum?  :-* :-*

Yep in GF TM book. On page 40. Mustard brandy chicken - sorry got the name a bit mixed.
I think it is a different edition as i remember looking for the Stir fry chicken wingette recipe at come point which was meant to be in the GF and Im sure I have seen it previously but not in this particular book. This one was printed in Jan 09

I have an earlier edition which I got when I bought my TMX in October '08 and it is not in it unfortunately. Buggar!

oooo made this on Monday night and it was delicious!! very happy. Steamed veg in the varoma as suggested in the book. Turned out perfectly. I did cook the chicken a little longer than the stated time. Extra 5 mins, then 2 mins, but might be because I had sliced the breasts to thickly. :) Will definitely be a favorite in our house.
