Light Panna Cotta with raspberry sauce
« on: January 15, 2010, 10:47:03 am »
Hello my dears!
Yesterday we had a delicious dessert PANNA COTA - I set this recipe because it is a light version of the "real" and still beautiful and delicious dessert!

Name of Recipe:
Light Panna Cotta with raspberry sauce

Number of People:...

Ingredients:
500 grams of milk
400 grams cream
110 grams sugar
1 teaspoon Vanillasugar
6 leaves gelatin

For the sauce:
500 grams raspberries sugar to taste (I used 150 grams!)

Preparation:
Soak the gelatin in cold water
All the remaining ingredients into the TMX  - 8 minutes / Level 4 - 90 º
Then add the soaked gelatin and stir briefly to a high stage!

Fill the whole into a pudding basin  - I took a Tupperware form which I have previously rinsed with cold water (but it is nice direct in the Galas too ....)
And in the refrigerator
At least 3 hours over night is best!

To make the sauce fruit and sugar in the TMX to cook for 10-15 minutes Varoma / Level spoon!

Photos:

Yummieeeeeee
bye bye

Natarsha - Fantastic! Never cooked panacotta before only eaten in restaurants. It was fantastic and so easy. Used gelatin powder as I could not find leaves.

Isi, do you have a large family to help you eat all these lovely foods?
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
