My big favourite here is making a double batch of chocolate custard and freezing it into ice cubes trays and then blitzing it to make instant chocolate icecream/softserve. I keep snap lock bags ready to go in the freezer - great way to use up reduced milk too You could also do this with a vanilla custard or lemon for that matter I suppose. We had some tonight yummo...it is sooooo hot here!! 40.8 at 6pm
