We have kind neighbours who have shared their lovely white ppeaches with us.  This is delicious and will be made again.  I dropped the sugar down to 100gm and it was lovely.  Thanks for this recipe

What lovely neighbours. Did you share the peach tea?
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Yes, enjoyed all round.  I shared this recipe with a friend and she made it with jasmine green tea and I thought her's was nicer than my attempt.

Depends on how much you make and how many people is going to drink it :)

Id say 2-3 days maximum.

Thanks Bluesed. I am still tweaking it as it was too strong in tea flavour for DS.
Going to blitz some more berries with water and add to the iced tea and see how that goes.

Just starting out with my thermomix,I think it's the best appliance I have found.
I saw your recipe and wanted to ask about using purée peach and mango from
A can. Would it work?
Thanks for any information you have. :)
