Plum Sauce??

Does anyone have a TMX plum sauce recipe that they could post or email me.  I have some recipes that I could convert but just thought I would check here first.

I'm keen to make one for Chinese dishes, as I'm not a fan of any of the bottled ones.
If you did...could you pretty-please share it

I actually did mine on the stove top Maddy with a recipe from "A Year in a Bottle".  I had so many plums that I decided it would be easier to do one huge big pot.  I will cut the quantities and post it when I get the book back from Mum.
