Name of Recipe: Egg-Free Aioli (see hints and tips for Mayo)
Ingredients:2-3 cloves of garlic (i used 3 small ones - was quite strong)
150g milk
1 1/2 tsp salt
450g oil (corn or sunflower oil - olive oil is a bit strong)
juice of 1/2 lemon
Preparation:Chop garlic 6sec on speed 6
Add milk and salt and mix for 20sec on speed 7
Set speed to position 4-5 and have MC in place
Pour oil in a gentle stream onto lid. Will automatically 'suck' oil in.
Take about 4mins to add in all the oil.
At the end add the lemon juice onto the lid, and mix for another 30secs, so Aioli sets.
Tips/Hints:Add a dash of Sweet Paprika and you'll have a great dressing for prawns.
If you omit the garlic and add 2 tsp of mustard you'll have a great Egg Free Mayo.
This Aioli is so yummy, espeically with homemade crackers... very addictive.
