hello all
does anyone have any experience or tips when trying to melt/temper or otherwise "make" chocolates in the TM please?

hi pam,
i too would love advice. i have burnt every batch of chocolate i have ever tried to melt in my tm31. googled instructions and tried 6 different times still without success. any ideas?

What temperature are you melting the chocolate at?

I think there is a chocalatier/or similiar on this website. (its my bedtime ATM so tomorrow I will do a bit of research and hopefully can come up with something for you)

You can melt choc on 37 or 50
