Hi everybody. Found this site looking for recipes for my new (yet to be received) Bindy. Really liked the sound of some of them and looks like a good place to share our experiences. good ;D and bad :-[

I am really interested in main meal stuff. I can do without the desserts.  ;D

Welcome ozzy-dj. Glad you found this forum- it's great source of recipes, tips and general TMX knowledge. Hope your Bimby arrives soon but in the meantime have fun surfing the forum. :D

Hi ozzy-dj, welcome to the forum.  Like you, I bought my TMX with main meals in mind.  I like desserts but they last so long in this house with just me eating them - DH is not a sweet lover and only eats them if we have visitors for some reason.  Lots of other things to make though which I have never attempted before like bread, jams etc.  and I always make sure I have some sort of cake or muffin in the freezer for visitors. Everything is so easy to make you will find yourself doing things just for the fun of it.  Sharing is what this forum is all about - it is a very happy, friendly group of people.

Welcome Ozzy-dj. Ditto to all of the above. What part of this great state are you from?

Hi and welcome to the forum. Hope it arrives soon! In the mean time, there's loads of reading to do here. I'm more into main meals too, we don't eat desserts either.
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

Hi and thanks to all for the great welcome. I have been haunting the site looking for those items I now make regularly with other equipment that I hope to use the TMX. Great luck so far. I am an avid cook and am really looking forward to converting some of my own specialties which I will post here once I test them.

Someone asked what part of WA. I am in Chittering.
