Oops, forgot to say I converted this from a recipe by AnnieT I found on Best Recipes. She says not to use a substitute for the Swiss cheese or whole egg mayonnaise as the taste will not be the same.
members' commentscookie - We had this for dinner tonight. I really liked it but DD and DH weren't over fussed. I think they are too used to different quiches. So in future it will only be a small one for me. They can go without. I felt so industrious, first I made the mayonnaise and then the pastry and lastly the quiche itself. A true TMX meal.
I had leftovers for lunch with salad, I loved it just a much when it was cold. Next time I'll have mince in mine and they will get ham or something similar. That will keep them happy.
