Hi Gabby, welcome to the forum.  How big is Thermomix in Ireland? We will love to hear how you have enjoyed some of the recipes from this forum and perhaps you can add some Irish ones for us to share too.

Hi Gabby and welcome.  I have only had my thermomix for about a month and have great fun with it, this forum is great for ideas and help.  I am originally from the UK but have been in Australia since 1971.

Hi everybody
Still waiting for tmx.Just read instructions & seem a bit daunting.Think I'll stick to very basic recipies initially.Already have full house for the demo. Only heard about the tmx watching a cookery program, the chef was really enthusiastic about tmx.Went to a great demo & was totally amazed at the speed & ease of use.Have fully stocked up & ready to go

You'll be surprised how easy it really is once you start.  Get Rachael Allen to buy one and give classes  ;)

Hi Sylvia
Greetings from Clontarf where we are all freezing following more snow.
We've had the coldest winter in living memory
Must be lovely to have all that lovely sunshine.
Hoping TMX will be here tomorrow
Husband says I've enough food stocks to feed Dublin

Hi Gabby,

Welcome!!  I bet that your TMX's arrive at the same time - so I'll look forward to hearing how you go!!  I went to the supermarket yesterday and bought loads of stuff that I know I can use with the TMX, so I know exactly what your DH means!!!

Good luck!!!
