I had to be! I really used TMX today as much as I could...

Within 8 hours this arvo-evening, I made Hot Cross Buns from EDC - including piping and syrup - very delicious! And 2 batches of butter from cream. I made rice from it as well for dinner. It's resting inside a dishwasher for the night!  The bowl itself of course - not the machine! 

I usually just used TMX for one item or two, but not the whole work - so I guess it is paying off by itself now!

Now I just need to find more Bakers Flour so I can make more Hot Cross Buns - so good that my kids are fighting over the last 3 buns...

Now what next challenge should I try....

Oh yea - anyone tried to make chai from TMX?? I just love Chai Latte... but wondering if there's a great receipe out there?
