Isi,  glad your back ;D,   Hot Cross Buns are a sweet bun that we eat at Easter.   They contain fruit, sultanas or similar,  usually peel (skin of orange or /and lemon)and spices.  They have a cross on the top of each bun,  made with pastry.  Hope this makes sense.  Very good ones from the bakery are very expensive,  so I thought I would make lots and give them to friends.   Might even have a cook up with some friends.  I'm hoping the TMX will make it easier.   Thanks for your interest and reply :) :) :)

Kathryn, I so hope that you find out what's wrong! It sounds terrible, not to mention dangerous if you're trying to drive!

Isi, here's a link to a picture + recipe of some Hot Cross Buns Hot Cross Buns
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

lol and it is still that way!! Techonology isn't my best forte  :-)) :-))

No definite answers as yet (starting to think there may not be any!!) but am slowly starting to feel better - so the nutrition must be doing something. Still sleepy though I manage to get through most of my day now without feeling as though I just couldn't take another step  :D :D

I'm so glad you are feeling a bit better Kathryn.  Perhaps it is your bodies way of telling you to slow down.  How you do that with your crew is another matter altogether!!!  ;D
