Matthew Evens Gourmet Farmer

Why oh why doesn't Matherw Evens use a Themomix to make his life so much easier. So much of what he has  made from scratch could be done in Bimby.

Looked at it for the first time tonight and thoroughly enjoyed it, especially the bread bit.  We could have told him about the flour ;D ;D
Maybe we should send him an isi recipe.!!!

I think the same thing when I watch Maggie and Simon in The Chef and the Cook and Nigella in any of her programmes. Also, the Best of Australia - those guys would love it!
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

I love the show too Gretchen and must admit I have had exactly the same thoughts about him having a TMX. He could really create then without any effort.
