What cakes are you making Robyn?
You always cook up a storm on the weekends, love hearing all about it. Inspires me for the week ahead.

Have a large pot of meat sauce on the stove (too big for TM) to make into a lasagne.  The GD's are coming for the holidays and there has to be a lasagne on the menu or nan is in trouble. :)
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

I've made some of Judy's Napolitana sauce. Have some bread rising and made a carrot and walnut slice. I hope to get some ricotta made later in the day and some rolls for us to have a slack evening meal of sausages and onions in a roll. I'm loving being back cooking in my Termite, although I had a lovely holiday.

Extremely Tall Bread 71/2"  high, it was so tall it touched the top of the  grill in the oven. Will have to use a lower shelf next time. Bought some new bread improver, the other lot I was using was out of date & boy it makes a difference.

Thanks Robyn, it was.

Hally, do you manage to cut tall loaves like that easily - I end up with slices sometimes which are 2cm at the top and 4 cm at the bottom  :-)) :-))

Robyn, I must ask... where does all the cake go?

I end up with slices sometimes which are 2cm at the top and 4 cm at the bottom  :-)) :-))

I do that too Judy :-)) My mum calls them doorstops! :D

I have a big pot of lentil, salmon and vegetable soup on the stove and I'll be cooking garlic prawns and squid with noodles for lunch in a few minutes. I'm going to make some healthy muffins this afternoon ;)
