Made a batch of roast pumpkin & apple soup early this morning for lunch so that I wouldn't have to stop clearing out the wardrobe.
I forgot to put the onion in but it still tasted great.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Nice pies Michele - that reminds me I still have 4 in the freezer  :-))

Had 1 serve of Mexican bake leftover from yesterday so added a can of spaghetti to it and had that for lunch - it was nice too.
Tea will be a leftover stuffed pumpkin half from the other day with some chips/salad.
I have some vanilla ice-cream on the go at the moment.

Those pies look really yummy Michele :D

I baked another batch of the "healthier than you average chocolate muffins" which I posted yesterday (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=10457.0)
They're a really good little recipe ;D

I'm sure they'd go nicely with your vanilla icecream Judy ;) I might just have to whip some up!

I'll have to check out your muffin recipe Amy, they look goooood. No time to cook today, busy cleaning & putting together flat pack furniture. Lamb shanks in the slow cooker for dinner.

I cooked pies for lunch today. I cooked up some fixed beef with bacon, onion and beef stock in the pressure cooker and put them in the pie maker with some short crust freezer from the freezer - beautiful! I'll probably have the same for dinner tonight give that I'm at the hospital with DS (hearing test and ear specialist) and have been since 1.30 this afternoon. Nice easy dinner.

What have you stuffed the pumpkin with Judy?

Bron's garlic rice, sage and pinenuts are mixed with the cooked pumpkin flesh & topped with cheesy breadcrumbs Michele. I also added some of Tenina's garlic paste and next time I would add a bit of cheese to the filling mixture as well.
