I have been busy  with the TM, but cant see the results.

Ricotta cheese, as above
British Larder lemon butter, then turned into ice cream
4 batches of caramelised garlic paste, from FFS
Odettes onion, from Super kitchen machine
Lemon Cleaning concentrate

Pretty pleased I have used 12 heads of garlic & 8 lemons  :)

Tried my hand at making a fruit loaf today.  Just used the cobb loaf recipe and added some fruit medley cinnamon & nutmeg and replaced the sugar with honey.   Maybe used a bit too much fruit but it was the end of the packet so in it went.  The result was pretty good and both crusts have already been eaten.  ;D
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Just made my first batch of coconut milk for tonight's green curry, smelled so good as it was cooking.

The curry was ok, flavour was good but I used frozen hoki fillets which really just fell apart while cooking. I am sure there is a better method here somewhere but I did not have time to do a search and just used the method in the EDC for the red chicken curry. On the up side my 5 year old LOVED it, she polished off one bowl and asked for more  ;D

Here are a couple of photos of the finished cake, which has now all been eaten ;D

Some comments were "amazing", "fantastic", "delicious", "oh my god thats so good", "YUM" and "can I have the recipe?"

So I think everyone liked it ;)

I do think my decorating skills need a bit of work though... :-[

I made porridge for breakfast through in some sultanas while it was cooking and added a banana and a teaspoon of honey when I dished up mine, DW had hers with cinnamon and brown sugar.

For tea tonight I made the bangers and mash from the All in One topic.  Wasn't to sure about steamed sausages but they were quite good. Had to hide DW's under hte gravy or she wouldn't have eaten them. She likes her meat cooked well done bordering on burnt. What she doesn't know doesn't hurt her.
