My thermie has arrived so I made the stock with my consultant and custard for afternoon tea! Planning on a risotto for dinner, starting with basics!

Very nice cera.

Astarra, are you freezing your mashed potato? I found that when I tried mashing potatosfrom frozen they went a bit grainy and maybe I would be better off mashing first and then freezing?

I sometimes freeze mashed potato too.
Today I made JulieO's bread pullaparts http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=1772.0 with my own variations. They were delicious and it made 2 loaves. One was tomato paste, tasty cheese and ham. The other was rainbow chard, garlic and fetta cheese (no caterpillarLOL). I had lunch with my parents, SIL, her kids and my kids. They were completely demolished. We also got through half of the choc raspberry brownies and choc ripple biscuits I made the other day.
I've got some beans in the PC to make soup for tomorrow night, and we will be have beef parmigiana for dinner. I had 2 partial packets of beans, and a jar of pasta sauce in the cupboard and schnitzel 's in the freezer which I have now used up. Yay!

Maddie, those cupcakes look great. What tip do you use for the icing?

A Wilton 2D star tip, and just swirl it around holding bag upright.
.........EAT CAKE!

I made buttermilk scones to take to work today (at 5am argh).  Greek chicken for dinner, bread rolls and really rich chocolate pots (not so great for the diet....200g of chocolate and 300ml cream)
