Is this frosting what Maddy uses on her cakes? I want to try piping some frosting today. Just discovered freckles are naturally colored and thought I'd add on to the top. Or crushed up in frosting.

Not from the forum Amy, a recipe I found while trying to cull and fill up the bags.

We are having roast pumpkin and sweetcorn soup - from the forum, a CP recipe.

Yum Michele that looks good. Can you post the recipe please.
DS and DH are making damper the old fashioned way this afternoon. DS has been nagging to make it.

The pear and ginger pudding is out of the oven. It took a lot longer than the recipe said, but I think my baking dish is deeper than Chookie's ???

I've just started a double batch of the Coffee and Date Muffins from DOC, but they might end up in the oops thread because I forgot to reset the scales when I put the water in :(

If these muffins turn out it will be a miracle :-X

Not only did I forget to reset the scales for the water, but I accidently put the baking powder in with the dates and coffee in step one, instead of the bicarb soda. And my scales played up while I was weighing the butter in, so that might be wrong too :-[
I'm very angry with myself. Lots of silly mistakes >:(

I vented my anger by whizzing the bl**dy muffin mix on speed 9.
