I will try and load photos this weekend when I cook..

Some fresh pasta and going to make a carbonara sauce in the TM, i have always made it on the stove top  :-))

Be interested to see how that goes.

i am such an idiot i just added 300mls of cream to the carbonara sauce, 2 much talking today, oh well it be a boscaiola sauce now
i don't need a recipe i'm italian

Made the crispy potato and beef casserole that JulieO posted yesterday.
Done in the pressure cooker in 40 minutes. The meat is lovely and tender. As Julie said it has a very rich flavour.

I reduced the the stock to 1 cup only and it had plenty of sauce even after being in the oven.
