You have done well considering you are sick. ;D My daughter had the same as you and after going to doctor 4 times she was eventually given antibiotics. Felt so sorry for her as she is pregnant and two of her kids were sick too. She is fine now but 5 weeks of feeling miserable and exhausted.
You inspired me to cook an Indian feast yesterday. Chickpea curry, Potato & Cauliflower(Aloo Gobi), Lamb curry, pilau rice and naan bread. Heaps leftover but was delicious. Day off cooking today trying to decide where to go.
Hope you are feeling much better now :)

Yes pretty proud of my cooking, all done before 10.30am :)

Love your Indian feast, which lamb curry recipe did you use.

Gert

Oooh is that a Magimix vision toaster I see behind your chook?! I've been eyeing these off for a while! I wish they'd make a 4 slice as that's what we need for our family! Are you happy with it?

Yes it is . I bought it from Peters of Kensington  last year I think. Best toaster I have even owned and believe me I have owned a few. I was hesistant about buying  a two slice but it does fit 4 ordinary slices at once. Also long slices, thick slices and easy to clean. I love it to bits and if it ever dies I will buy another immediately.

Does crumpets to a tee.

I love that you can see the toast a toasting.

So far this morning, agrarian bread, and hamburger rolls. Later soup and wew're having home made burgers for dinner.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

I have to say this about my chook

It was a Coles RSPCA approved fresh chicken I had never noticed before in Coles. It was $5.00 a kilo so that is probably why but it was marked down to  $4.50 from over $10 so I bought it

It is a far better flavour  than  any other Coles fresh chicken I have bought.

I have another  in the freezer same deal.

Thanks for that Gert! I have owned a few aswell and none of them have been what I would call great. My parents bought a Magimix toaster a few years ago before the vision ones were available (looks like yours without clear side panels) and they love it. I might pop one on my wishlist and hope that Santa brings me one for Xmas!  ;D

As you can see I have. Special BBQ beer ass thing which  I will show you .  If using a beer can just drink about 1/2 add some herbs and shove that birdie on top.  Put the chook with can in a BBQ  proof  pan or roasting pan.   This is great for a party as you can do three in A row. Looks Spectacular. We could even do this at the retreat instead of meat.

I'll take. Pic and add it.
