Great effort Johnro, that table of goodies looks amazing :D Shame about the rude people! :o

I like the look of that icecream too Uni, I'm so glad you can make yummy things for yourself despite your teeth ;)

Robyn, how far can you throw avocados? ;D

Not shopping until this afternoon, so I made an alternative stir-fry with what I had in the fridge. Wasn't bad at all ;D

I thought I would get started on my baking for the Red Cross fundraiser on Thursday. I started by making some ILB cupcakes. I filled the first batch of cases too full and ended up with overflowing cupcakes :( No good for selling, so mum and SD will be eating those. Second batch a lot better so far ;)

It was rude Robyn - I find hunger pangs does bring out the worst in people's manners.  Lock and key will be the only answer next time!

A mouse trap sitting on the top of the goodies when they lift the lid will ensure they are not eaten prior  ;)

Fourth batch of ILB cupcakes out of oven. Hoooray! :D Now to the freezer they go... Hally, I wish I had your freezer space :-\

Also made some of ES's Chocolate Orange Refrigerator biscuits. The dough is in the fridge, to be baked for the fundraiser :)

I made 2 dips for nibbles at a staff get together to say goodbye to our cleaner.  I really wanted to stay home after the weekend and didn't feel like eating but some time you just have to be social.
