I wish I could give you all some of my energy! ;D
Its lacking a bit now though, I suppose I should expect that after only 2 hours sleep last night :-)) :-))

Well done Amy, you seem like such a wonderful young lady you remind me a lot of my eldest DD  :)

Thank you Suzanne :) How old is your eldest DD?

Amy that was a mammoth effort. You made so much and packaged it all up so beautifully.

Thanks DFM :D I was a bit disappointed when the icing on the cupcakes got squashed :(
But they still looked pretty good :)

My cupcakes didn't turn out too bad, not as pretty but they taste yummy

That was a fantastic effort Amy, well done.  I am sure the Red Cross appreciated very much your effort.

Great effort Amy. A quadruple batch of Rara's Cherry Bites alone would have taken ages. Then all the other things you made. THe REd Cross was very lucky to have had you bake for them.

All I made today was Spinach and blue cheese polenta.

Here is what I've cooked over the last couple of days for the Red Cross Bake Sale, which is being held today:

Lemon Muffins (double batch) and Rara's Cherry Bites (quadruple batch)

Holy Cow Amy!!!
Well done.
Best of luck with the bake sale.

Thanks Den :) It took even longer because I didn't really plan a method for how I was going to dip them. For a while I didn't think they were going to make it to the sale. But I figured out a good system eventually, and then just hid the messy looking ones on the bottom of the pile ;D

a ragu sauce, nap sauce and bread

Great bread Uni :-*

Have bread on its first rise :)

Kalua Pork, takes 16-20 hours to cook in the slow cooker, so am starting it later today for dinner tomorrow.
Khmer chicken curry, recipe from Mamma Fergie :). Dinner tonight

Lemon Meringue Pie
Quiche.

Probably not much more after this as we are going to eat freezer food next week :)

Hally I would love to hear about the Kalua Pork, I'm assuming it's a Hawaiian inspired dish.
