Have 2 batches of bread rising ATM, waiting for some bananas to thaw so we can make banana muffins and will be making some zucchini muffins too. Want to try Karen's raspberry muffins too. See how time goes with the girls etc.  :)

They feed our cats when we are away. i make them lots ofmthings but havent been able too recently.

I made a Moist Apricot Loaf today which was supposed to be made in two nut roll tins which I don't have so just used a loaf tin.  Also made a half batch of Rara"s Pancakes for the grandkids after school snack.  These are always very popular with the children.

I made a tart with leftover steamed chicken and a batch of Karen's Lemon Myrtle ice-cream which I'll churn tomorrow.
